8. Access Control & Tailgating Policy
Unauthorised Entry Prohibited - All members must ensure that only authorised, paying users enter the gym. Allowing any non-member or unpaid individual to enter—whether intentionally or by failing to follow entry procedures—is strictly prohibited. Any member who permits or enables unauthorised access, including “tailgating” (allowing another person to enter behind them without signing in), will be held responsible for the Unauthorised Entry Charge. The gym reserves the right to apply this charge to the member’s account and/or take further action, including suspension or termination of membership.

Required Entry Procedure - Each member must 1. Sign in individually using the designated system. 2.Enter the gym alone. 3. Ensure the access door fully closes behind them before the next person enters. 4. Not hold the door open or allow any person to follow them into the facility.
An AI-supported tailgating detection system is in operation. This system identifies multiple entries on a single access event. Detected violations may result in the application of the Unauthorised Entry Charge and further enforcement actions.
